Refunds & Cancellations

Eldrly does not entertain refunds once bookings have been made for ad-hoc services or subscriptions are bought. Our network of healthcare and elderly care professionals work hard to deliver high-quality services at your doorstep and their time is valuable to us.

However, you can cancel your subscriptions at any time.

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Please cancel timely to avoid any unforeseen charges on your account as no refund requests are accepted for ongoing subscriptions.
